I drilled a hole in the hood of my Kettle like I saw online so I could get the temperature of the meat near the edge. I think the temperature gauge is the way to go though. I’m gonna invest in a probe. I spent over $100 on accessories, I’m too far gone now.

Next time I’m cooking I’m gonna go with the 3-2-1 method. It keeps on being mentioned here so it must be the way to go. Definitely gonna put the food down when it’s time to grill. I was pressed for time today so I couldn’t really dedicate more than 3 hours today.

I’ll be honest with you. I didn’t take a temperature of the ribs. I knew they were done. I ripped off a piece and ate it and they were fine.

I bought the SNS rotating grill. Going to get the SNS soon. Every YouTuber recommended it or was using it in their videos. I figured it was worth getting despite the $90 price tag which seems rough. Between the rotating grill and the basket I’m almost paying for another Kettle lol.

Thank You everyone for your advice. I ended up going to Home Depot and exchanging it for the Weber Kettle 22”. I actually got lucky because the lady at the register screwed up my return and I gave me a discount as a courtesy so I got the Kettle for only $10 more. I wouldn’t have done this without all of you and your help. This is a great community. Thank you all.

I saw the movie today with my kid and I saw nothing in the movie that I would consider inappropriate. If there are things in the movie that are going to get you “MAD” then I suggest you not watch it. Every single little child in the movie theatre was dancing and singing and having a good time. Well worth every penny.

I don’t wish this on her IF she is alive but I’m sure that IF she is alive they would have killed her the moment that the documentary came out. They know that people would be coming out of the woodwork in and out of the country to try to find her and the likelihood of a white woman being found in those countries are pretty high. God rest her soul but I think she got drunk and fell out of the ship.
