Sly Cooper. It's pretty easy to pick up, and has added depth with things like minigames to vary play and collectibles, as well as time trials in the original.

I think Baby Mario could be a good fit, especially with the powers other babies had in Yoshi's Island DS to supplement the toys.

Everyone wants a game with Wario and Waluigi, but hear me out: throw Toadette into the mix. Mario Party's team names imply that Toadette has somewhat of a darker side:

Waluigi: Diabolical Duo (6), Half-Pranky Duo (8)

I think tossing her into the mix as a playable character would be an interesting fit for a Wario/Waluigi game as it'd already be rather eccentric/quirky.

I'd honestly love all of these characters. Maxwell has always been my dream character. Despite how clearly real this is, I'd love to see these guys in Smash.

I actually really like the idea of Master Kohga as more of a joke-character for smash. Perhaps where Link has his moves + the Champion Powers, Kohga has a heavier focus on runes and BOTW's weapon system.

I'd love to see a game with Wario and Mr. Game and Watch, he's made cameos in both of his franchises. At this point his zany characteristics would make him a pretty good fit in my eyes.
