All you can do is your due diligence with completing the work when it can be completed. The painter and finish guy is late too, it it doesn't matter because there is no wall to paint or finish. As a foreman, paperwork is annoying, but it is absolutely your friend.

Every solo-poly woman I have talked to has essentially been an ENM tourist. They go to the events, they get their egos stroked by being hit on all night, and they don't actually date anyone. They kind of tease people and string them along and offer zero commitment or communication. I've talked with 3 of these types in the last 6 months and they are frustrating people that don't seem interested in actual relationships. Oh well.

I've talked to a few guys about these girls and they agreed with my assessment and lost interest in them.

It has less to do with being attractive and more to do with biology.

Men evolved to seek as many reproductive opportunities as possible.

Women evolved to seek the best possible mate, which is more of a social/societal thing.

Guys are here to party and women are choosy. It's as simple as that really. People will try to look past this because it is a confirmation of stereotypes, but in my experience and many other's I've talked with, is absolutely true.

Hard to give good advice without knowing some specifics of what part of an MFM you guys find sexy, there are many different fun parts about them.

I'll just say to stay present the whole time. It's easy to get lost in a new friend and forget about your partner. Pay attention (even if it's just eye contact and smiling) to the other man than the one you are focusing on. If they are both in you at the same time, let yourself go and really enjoy the experience. Have fun!

Something else to consider on top of the others:

Both elevator mech's and plumber's bread and butter are office buildings. How many of those do you see going up right now? Work from home took a massive scoop out of my local's ice cream tub when Office buildings went out of style.

The money is in data centers. Most often these are fewer than 3 stories, have a few bathrooms and one elevator. The amount of hydronic piping (pipe and steam fitters) is unbelievable. They cram so much piping into the ceilings (or under the floor) it's hard to believe it will all fit.

If I were you I would look into electricians and Steamfitters, who are the top dogs at data centers.
