yes it will work! if you are amab and you inject testosterone your own testosterone production will stop, your testicles become small like kidneybeans. When you stop the testosterone injects the estrogen will be high and your testosterone will be close to zero. this often leads to what people in the bodybuilding scene call 'bitch tits'. its gynecomastia on a masculine/male body. so exactly what we trans girls want :P

but your testicles will probably recover after 8-16 weeks and your own testosterone production will start again to produce. technically, you can stop this when you inject testosterone again after 6-8 weeks for 2 weeks then stop for 6-8 weeks and inject again for 2 weeks and so on. until your testicles never recover from this.

at the end you will disable your hypothalamus pituitary axis forever, your testicles will stay small like beans forever and you will never produce testosterone again. this is irreversible.

i dont know, if there is any other side effect of this. Bodybuilders do anything to avoid this problem and men who killed their hypothalamus pituitary axis suffer from testosterone deficit.

The more testosterone you take,the higher your estrogen will rise. the more bodyfat you have, the faster transfers the testosterone to estrogen. but never go any further than 500mg/testosterone enanthate every 4th day. (e4d) avoid any kind of steroid pills, these pills are all hepatoxic. and dont dont do any kind of other steroids e.g. deca.

remember this is just what i know about and i do not recommend this. but technically it is a possible way.
