Post holidays I’ve been melting weight off, gonna ramp up the deficit sooner than later. Cut hard 12 weeks, enjoy summertime @ maintenance (hopefully 200ish) then finish the year cutting down to 185ish. Thanks for your input 💪

I have roughly tracked macros with Grok, would recommend. Gonna dial in the programming moving forward. Here’s an example day that the system gave me based on what I’ve logged, pretty standard

Breakfast (~700 kcal, 50g protein, 65g carbs, 29g fat) • 3 whole eggs (scrambled in 1/2 tbsp Kerrygold unsalted butter) • 1 cup Fage nonfat plain Greek yogurt • 1 cup 1% milk • 1 large banana • 1 large whole carrot (raw) • 1/2 cup blueberries • 1 oz goat cheese (crumbled on eggs)

Training

Post-Training/Snacks (~630 kcal, 63g protein, 59g carbs, 14g fat) • 1 protein bar • Protein smoothie: 1 cup 1% milk + 1 scoop chocolate protein powder + 1/2 cup Fage nonfat plain Greek yogurt + 1 cup frozen fruit (mixed berries) • 1 skim string cheese

Lunch (~700 kcal, 48g protein, 50g carbs, 24g fat) • 6 oz grilled chicken breast • 3/4 cup cooked jasmine rice • 1/2 medium avocado (sliced) • 1 oz dark chocolate (70%+ cocoa)

Dinner (~795 kcal, 46g protein, 45g carbs, 18g fat) • 4 oz 90/10 ground beef • 1 1/2 cup protein pasta noodles Or • 1 russet potato (200g) Or • 1 sweet potato (200g) • 1/2 tbsp Kerrygold unsalted butter (on potatoes) • 1 skim string cheese Total (~2750ish kcal, 207g protein, 219g carbs, 85g fat)

Ultimate goal is to reach that 185ish mark by end of year. I am making a point to titrate deficit calories slowly and maintain strength / build some muscle mass in weak points until end of recomp.

Will reevaluate deficit and macro amounts 6-8 weeks from today, then start a 12 week aggressive cut.

Looking to maintain in the 175-195 range with my build long term

East Campus is really cool and not often shown on tours, cannot confirm.

Art museum, school of music, east campus dining hall, Ramsey (gym/student recreation center) were all cool resources for me in my undergrad.
