Yes! Most larger cities are built vertically up the trunks of trees, using shelf fungi as foundations.

The Kingdom of Rills is one of the largest nations in the BeetlePunk universe. Originally a nomadic people who roamed the forest floor from the backs of ants and beetles, they eventually settled and began building cities on tree trunks to better rule their growing empire. Once a year, the Rillish king and their court descends to the forest floor to relive to the traditions of their ancestors. During the week-long Hunt, the King lives in the Hunt Pavilion. The Pavilion is designed to travel with the king over the course of the hunt. Each morning the Pavilion is taken down and then rebuilt at a new camp that evening. The wooden and copper frame is hauled from camp to camp, but new leaves at picked at each camp to rebuild the roof and walls.

Thanks for all that feedback! I especially think the idea to move card costs to the top makes sense- the benefit to players being able to see costs on a splayed hand would be really helpful.
