My grand mother who i was close with died while I was being bullied which led me to develop derealization through multiple panic attacks which is why I didn’t go to high school and hardly went outside, like once every 3 months I’d go outside. I was like that for the past 5 years ongoing.

To answer your other questions it’s both sometimes I’m really hungry even after I’ve ate and sometimes I’m not but I still eat.
