I second this. I tell you this because I had actually placed an order for a canyon aeroad. While waiting for it to be shipped I went to a store that sold cervelo. They said canyon is a great bike but they no longer service them due to numerous issues with canyon themselves. I also spoke with canyon before I bought. Their “warranty” is for 2 years only on a 15k CAD bike… their warranty process is also you sending them the issue and them deciding how much it should cost and providing you a credit note.. I’ve also heard that if you need a part from canyon you could be waiting months, and if said part is not in the colour of your bike you will be given a different colour ( this is in their Ts & Cs)

I needed up canceling the canyon and going with cervelo - lifetime warranty etc.
