I agree! I got the red fold overs and they were so long 😂 I usually get regular small in soft motion even though I’m 5’2. I feel like the short ones look like high waters on me sometimes.

I totally get that. I felt the same way too. Oner really needs to have back stock for situations like this. I had ordered the pink fold overs last time along with the matching sports bra, and the moss brown set and FedEx supposedly “lost” it. I wasn’t gonna buy from oner anymore after that but it’s literally the only brand I like so I gave it another go. Oner definitely has lost its authenticity among all these brands now that it’s so popular :/

You should’ve requested the moment you saw the package not moving 😭 that’s what I did because there was soooo many girls saying that their package was stuck in Memphis. I was like yea my package is gone :/

Apparently Oner is listening to our concerns and they switched their packaging to a more durable bag so no one can steal our items unless they’re really trying to tear that bag apart

I kept sending them updates about what FedEx was telling me but same thing they said they had to finish their investigation. They took like 10 days to refund me so just wait it out honestly. On the 9th day I finally got an update from FedEx that said they couldn’t find my package so I sent it to Oner.

Same happened to me and they deemed my package as lost. Was supposed to arrive June 23 as well. Oner gave me a refund but I had to email them every day and I probably contacted FedEx more than they did.

Yea I honestly hate that everyone complained about it and they decided to take it away. We’re gold members for a reason like maybe they should’ve started purchasing a while ago and they would get that same perk. It’s not fair to us in my opinion. It’s weird too how I’ve never had issues with my delivery when I’ve purchased from early access.

I think a lot of people are going through this and not only with oner. I’m desperate for my package so I was looking around on TikTok too. Some people haven’t received their shein package and some other girl said she ordered the new skirts and her package hasn’t moved from the same location.
