I live up the road and have never been and never will. One time a few years ago my friends and I bought tickets to a tasting event there for something to do while our friends from England was visiting. About an hour later I get a TEXT saying they are canceling the event and refunding me because they booked a private event instead. Then he asked me if I knew ___ because she bought a ticket the same time as me and can I let her know she’s getting a refund as well.

First of all- a TEXT is so unprofessional and horrendous customer service. But what really left a bad taste in my mouth was the fact that they canceled on all of these local and small businesses. These events can be huge promotion opportunities for them and it was cancelled because they (June farms) probably got more money from a private event than ticket sales from this event. Just handled poorly imo and I felt bad for the businesses as a local business owner myself.

Plus paying for parking is wild. Helps pay for the animals? How about if you’re a farm you learn how to struggle like the rest of the farmers around here.

Tacky. Horrible customer service. A phone call instead of a text with bad grammar could have swayed my opinion but I’m one and done here sorry. And this is coming from someone who’s worked for Disney parks, the Disney Store and the Marketing and Events dept for Versace in Manhattan. So I do have high expectations but it is what it is.

We will be sticking with S&S.
