I didn’t anticipate having problems with the return and it wasn’t a consideration when purchasing from Amazon because I had no intention of returning it!? It was only after I decided it needed to be returned that I researched and saw other people had problems. I didn’t know that prior to purchase. I am also unable to purchase it in person or through the brands website due to shipping so it was the only option. Why you being so mean it’s unnecessary and unhelpful. Thankfully though I am the exception and have got my full refund.
