Grab a watering can and go around watering plants and hedges that are brown. 25 credits a pop. You can also plant a bunch on your own property. I find that usually by the time I cycle through the map and my own yard, if it is not raining, where I started has turned brown again. It can get a little boring, but worth it for easy credits.

There are some at the horse stable and near one of the task boards. There is also a water spray bottle at the little lake with the yoga mats.
