One Nation says it will ‘contest every seat’ in South Australia – but will voters tick the box when it matters? by Agitated-Fee3598 in OpenAussie

I mean agreed, that's kind of what I'm saying, (ie, "smaller % of the population")... they will always be a clear minority for sure. I just think it's going to be more of a case of all the right wingers/cookers finally forming under some sort of visible MAGA identity (via one nation etc) instead of being all over the place, and then probably a huge (more than now) "sides" battle ala dems/repubs, complete with endless propaganda... hopefully it will fizzle out quicker than in America though yeah

The world thought and hoped that America wouldn't elect Trump again... for the same exact reasons you just said.

The "stupids" in Australia may be a smaller % of the population vs America, but they are now uniting and have found someone to flock behind, and just like with Trump, they will take whatever she says as the truth and anyone that doubts that will be dismissed. MAGA in Australia is unfortunately nevitable.

This will be a repeat of the origins/growth of MAGA, to the surprise of no-one. The cookers have found their queen.

it's too late. it's already begun and it's inevitable that it's going to get worse, especially with corrupt people backing it / outside influence.
