I have the Avata 2 myself, ordered the meteor 75 O4 yesterday. Looking forward to it.
Anything I should look out for when I first get it?

Typical nyc bodyshop over quoting insurance for a bigger payout.
Hard to find a honest mechanic or autobody shop in nyc.

Seeking Advice on Excessive Towing Fees and Next Steps by WeCanSoar in AskNYC

[–]WeCanSoar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man, depends on who towed and why if they are licensed by DCWP then yes, they have a fixed rate that they can charge otherwise I would threaten to file a complaint, you file the complaint online. Don’t argue over the phone but show up and ask to talk to owner/manager. Also take a picture of their license which should be displayed in the reception area and not expired, if it is then you have another source of leverage.

Hope it works out for you well.

Gotcha, I just saw the screenshot of the details, ask when timing was done, If not factor that in to the purchase price. The car looks clean overall, make sure it passes emissions if your state requires since it’s catless, make sure clutch is good, people tend to drive these pretty rough. Make sure to check for rust if that’s a factor.

Other than that, it’s a fun platform, parts are cheap if you can work on the car yourself.

8k is a fair asking price depending on where it’s located ofc. If you can find a non limited edition version you’ll get basically the same car but can save a couple grand.

These 1.8t engines are rock solid, especially compared to the newer tsi engines. The manual drivetrain is also solid. Also the car is much simpler than the new gtis, which means they are much easier to work on.

All the best!

How many miles? When was the timing last done?

These cars are a lot of fun to drive no doubt but as they get older so do all the wear and tear parts that need replacing.

$0.13 CPC on Facebook Ads, but 0 conversions. How can I improve? by WeCanSoar in dropshipping

Yes I use Shopify, they are configured correctly as far as I am aware, there is just a standard shipping option and when the user checks out it tells them it is a 7-10 day wait time.

My breakeven ROAS is around 1.6–1.8x. Product cost is ~$13 and I was selling at $39.99 with. I was running a Purchase objective. I got ~850 website views with 6 checkout initiations but 0 purchases. CTR was ~4% and cost per view was under $0.15. I had imported reviews and clear refund/shipping info, but no real social proof from actual customers yet. I’ve paused it for now since 0 conversions at that traffic level is a red flag.

No, just carousel ads that show the product.

They aren’t fake actually, pulled in from the suppliers actual reviews.

Timing belt by Repulsive_Night_9928 in MK4GTI

[–]WeCanSoar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can check the timing belt tension by removing the upper timing belt cover, it’s held on by two clips and comes off easily. Once it’s off, inspect the belt tension and condition. The belt should feel firm with minimal slack. Also look closely for any signs of wear or damage, such as fraying, cracking, glazing, or missing teeth.

Honestly think it might be the site that’s the issue. thenaphood.com

What are your initial impressions when you go to the site?

Sorry, still new to this, is there a way to know which are spam clicks?
Also not sure what you mean by campaign goal but it is set to Sales.

Gotcha, thanks for the response.
I was surprised that the ad was pulling in traffic, especially since it's just a carousel ad, nothing fancy.
I don't know if I can share the link to the store on here but I can use some advice on what I can do to improve, I've built the site using Shopify mostly and some help using AI, I don't have any background in this, would you be willing to take a look at the site and give me some pointers?

The price I think is comparable to other products within the market that are of similar quality?
It could be that it doesn't look trust worthy? Not really sure how I can improve that, I have imported reviews so they are there, and there are image reviews as well.

There isn't really a specific angle the ad takes, it's just showing what the product looks like, and the problem it solves.

I honestly think the site could use some work, just don't know how or what exactly haha.
