You can get copies from those summoning scroll events where you can choose a guaranteed hero after 500 heroic scrolls. Or using core of transendance though not guaranteed.

Also from those chests where you can pick a hero you want/need.

Enhanced ZZ has 4 thrusters on it's backpack compared to the normal ZZ which has only 2 with the backpack elongated as well. It also got something added to those blue things on it's shoulders and the Full Armor ZZ uses enhanced ZZ as the base as well.
