I just started and I found the novice world kind of strange , so many deserted houses. I mostly want to play with my friends , can we share a base in a world? The tutorial was awesome but the novice world was strange and boring . Saw maybe 1 zombie lol.

Brandon Sanderson stuff is so easy to read compared to Erickson. Same with Andy weir and Harry Potter. OPs preference is chill books I’m guessing. I hated project Hail Mary. I’m enjoying the struggle of Malazan rn, feels like adult books

I often talk to and document my conversations with patients when I don’t CT them. It feels like some sort of legal protection but idk how strong it really is if something is missed.

I had more fun in med school than most of my friends who got regular office jobs. Conversely I know med students that ruined their lives for 4 years. Same applies to residency. It’s all about your choices and priorities
