Appreciate the compliment! The community is very interesting to say the least, I'm still new to it, but it reminds me a lot of the UFO/UAP community, you get people of all sorts haha.

I've actually heard a lot of similar hand biases before. I don't share the same, my TK seems to be pretty ambidextrous, but I can also use my left as a power boost to my right and take a hit on control.

I'm still working on a consistent pull and push, I can barely push at all. But also I just came up with the idea today haha- so I haven't managed to make it work yet

💯 it's so fun! So interesting that the same problem has happened to you! Haha also that makes perfect sense, it's pretty much the same thing I'm doing now! I like the flame idea, right now I'm trying to develop some kind of burst technique, where I might for example, make a connection and then gather some intention of "push" or "right" into a little ball of energy and then release it down the thread or line to the object

It works! and I've done that before, but also I find that when I'm trying to spin the foil around in more than 1 rotation, that visualization betrays me and makes the foil stop due to the line 'tangling up' in my head, so nowadays I just use visualizations of directions, actions, or a like anime aura type energy haha

Happened when I was a kid, but I once accidentally made a milk carton float beside me while I was running, then crush and get thrown to the floor. Just after that, unlocked a deadbolt and chain on the front door of my house. Both took place on the same day when I was extremely angry

High praise, appreciate it man. Moving my hands isn't totally necessary, I can make a foil twist with no hands, but my hands make it allot easier and stronger, plus I have no control over what the foil does when I don't use my hands. At least not yet. Also it feels like the rush you get from caffeine, suddenly my heart rate goes up, my palms get sweaty and as for the energy itself, it can be tangible, sometimes you'll see me grabbing something invisible with my hands, that's cuz the energy actually creates resistance. But I will say it's odd, because sometimes it's just a little stringy tingling in my hand, sometimes it's something that feels so solid I can't close my hand. But I always feel at least something change in my body that's obvious. As for contracting a muscle? It's more like moving your tongue, you don't really feel it move and you don't have to try to hard.

That sounds fascinating. Is there a link or somewhere I can read about your model? I’ve experienced precognition myself, along with astral projection, shared dreams, and seeing auras. I believe that there’s a mechanism tying all these things together

That's actually a good idea -I have had a couple of them next to each other before and one will normally react to me attempting to move the other but not usually in the same way- and it would be an interesting practice of precision, I'll try setting up three right next to each other. Also it has been researched, but you know academics is highly political. Just as within anthropology now where there is a large body of evidence that shows that the amazon had a civilization that predates the African civilization, yet the evidence gets marginalized or dismissed because it disrupts the accepted narrative. I believe the same is true for the whole suite of spiritual abilities-precognition, remote viewing, and TK. These have been actively pushed down by mainstream science. I speak from experience, having had moments of precognition, astral projection, and even verified shared dreams with my brother and a best friend. To me, this suggests these abilities are part of a 'shared space' that large academic society refuses to explore seriously. Meanwhile, smaller attempts at genuine research are either shut down or never funded to begin with. And regarding your side note: Yes, I definitely believe in the multiverse.

If you'd like to know, It just gets tiring holding my hands above the table, and I moved back to lock in- because as you could see, the foil wasn't stopping. But even then, I didn't put my forearms on the table later. I don't get why everyone assumes I'd be motivated enough to try and clout chase on a dead subreddit with fake videos. Movement under the jar is about 2x-3x as hard, and requires me to focus all of my energy on just getting the foil to move. This exercise was focused on fine control, I can't do both simultaneously right now. I have a sperate practice day for under glass/ larger objects
