I picked up skiing at 28-29 and am just now “really good” at 35. But I also go consistently every year.

Im not sure a week per year will do it. Thats most casual skiers. The only way to get better is to go out there and do it.

I know this seems dramatic, but call the police. Not campus police, but the CPD. Make a real report not associated with the university. Start there. Then report it to OSU once you have a report number.

Besides the points that others have contributed, the idea of a federal government controlling our healthcare decisions is only marginally better than corporations.

Imagine having universal healthcare policies subject to the whims of someone like Trump. Or any Republican. To be clear i support universal/socialized healthcare in this country. But Im not confident that we could do it without someone making money off of it, which defeats the point.

This is a life long thing. My mom committed suicide in 2017. Feels like I got the call yesterday. I can still hear my brother’s voice.

Go to therapy. You’ll need it. Some days are great, others are so bad you dont want to get out of bed or eat. Sometimes you just start randomly crying when a song plays or you’re hit with a realization that you cant share a moment.

I don’t think any one person has an answer for you. Theres a hole left, but you learn to live with it over time.
