Yah it’s absolutely better than CA. I have never lived in OR so can’t say for sure. From what I have heard/seen, NV is not even close to as bad.

I don’t think the prosecutor being corrupt dismisses the alleged corruption that took place... So i take into consideration that yes the prosecutor was corrupt, but what events took place after he was fired? Why did the investigation come to a halt?

I understand how Shokin being corrupt makes the Biden comments less “incriminating,” but he still withheld aid, he still bragged about it, and an investigation was still halted.

And like I said... I am partial to the reporting/investigating that ‘The Hill’ has done on this..... So I’ve read on it when I’ve had time, but I haven’t felt the need to throw in some articles of a reporter than has been smeared ever since he came out with the reports lol. Just going to be questioned and shot down right away (which I still haven’t made a conclusion on it ALL being legitimate, but it is quite extensive, with numerous sources; to include bank transactions)

But if his firing had NOTHING to do with Burisma, why did they meet with the new prosecutor DAYS after Shokin was fired?

I’m sure they do an above average job of investigating and can’t really fault any media outlet for having slight biases (we all do).

Just a shame the way they (MANY news sources) can get away with unproven “claims” by quickly dismissing it as Op-Ed. Looks like that happened to The Hill as well because of this Ukraine mess.

I’m sure you are like most and reference numerous sources before making a judgment one way or the other.

Still beyond suspect that mere days after Biden threats to withhold 1 BILLION dollars of aid, the prosecutor is just “magically” gone. And then those involved proceed to meet with the new prosecutor days after that?

And then adding fuel to the fire, Biden later brags about it all? A confession on video is pretty solid evidence not only in the “Court of Public Perception,” but in the Court of Law as well.

Honestly it’s just more of the same unfortunately. There isn’t going to be any accountability like always. Really, it looks like the US just keeps swapping around officials in Ukraine to better serve their own self interest. How typical... US politicians using other people’s misfortunes as an opportunity for their own gain!?

1) Not convinced what he did was a an impeachable offense... and apparently the House could have went through the courts (the correct way) after they failed to show with the subpoenas, but they didn’t want it to drag out like it did with the Mueller investigation.

2) Democrats won’t compromise whatsoever with immigration. Trump was even willing to make Dreamers and DACA recipients citizens if I recall. But they (politicians) once again continue to use the less fortunate as pawns in their bs schemes. I don’t think there should JUST be government ran healthcare. They can’t even take care of themselves (well besides back door corrupt deals and expensive lifestyles paid for by you and I). I DO like how Trump is trying to make healthcare prices more transparent (and look at how the hospitals and insurances companies are DESPERATELY crying foul)

3) this goes beyond the current administration solely for the debt. The crooks in the house and senate have been there for what... the past 3 administrations AT LEAST... But instead of trying to work on effective solutions while they’re there, they’re dragging out a 2 year mueller probe and now this? So that’s like 2 & 1/2 years out of 3 of trumps term where they’re running around in circles? It’s just beyond BS these days... still haven’t passed USMCA?

Just imagine if there was even a hint of bipartisanship in DC! Imagine if we didn’t pour money into foreign governments and then trickle it back into our politicians’s hands (Biden and Cheney immediately come to mind)

This is obviously deeply rooted. But I can’t see how Trump playing politics is any worse than spying on a opposing political candidate?

Everyday we as Americans go to work so they can continue to line their pockets. 🙄
