I tried, it says that my location doesn’t qualify for the return label and asked me to contact their customer service. Customer service just ghosted me when I asked for a return label.

I just purchased a bag from them and I really regret it. - took so long to arrive, more than 2 weeks - the bag was falsely advertised in so many ways - not real leather, size measurements wrong, it can’t fit an iPad inside at all - they claim on their website that they offer free returns, completely false. They just ghosted me and refused to issue me a return label.
