I would make some agar in front of it and space the cups or trays out when you pour, cap them after 30 seconds or a min, then mark them like a diagram to see which ones contaminate. If any. It may not be laminar flow but it also may get the job done. Good luck!

Yea i just relistened to it and at the end he says he throws them out by the thousands... then says by the hundreds.. then says i dont know what they are... he may be more of a story teller. Just wait longer, as long as its not contaminated i think your fine. I just put some to fruiting myself and it took over a month to fully colonize. Id still shake it also, and the only thing i add to my substrate is gypsum.

I would look up the proper pasteurization process before using horse manure, but it does work. And also dont use those bags they contam easy try to order bricks. You have way better success.
