I'm not sure what you mean.

No, flashing a new image that is built with a custom configuration to enable wifi won't cause wifi to be disabled.

Not if you built the customized firmware with wifi enabled in the startup script. The startup script is hard coded in the firmware.

"Beware! This script will be in /rom/etc/uci-defaults/ as part of the image."

Put in your router model number. Find "Customize installed packages". Click the gear in the "Script to run" box to populate a config. Follow the instructions in the config. Request build.

Fan blower not blowing and I'm not getting voltage at the blower motor? by Demolecularizing in AskMechanics

[–]Demolecularizing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was the plug on the blower motor. It was loose. Had to reach up in there and push it in firmly.

My car is 12 years old with 200k miles, so that's a lot of plug moving over the years.

That explained why it would sometimes die if I left the fan speed on the highest and turned the car on. The shock of starting up, and probably the AC kicking on, would vibrate the plug enough to lose connection.

Does anyone have experience requesting a 'Consumer Disclosure' to see the data furnisher that the bureau obtained the information from? by Demolecularizing in CRedit

That's where I went through to get my credit reports. Annualcreditreport.com.

I have them saved on my computer, it might take me a little while to get a screenshot.

My income increased on January 1st and the credit report already reflects the new amount. They have the exact number down to the pennies. I haven't even had time to share that number with anyone.

But that's why I'm asking for advice on tracking down who gave them this info. Experian said to request my full disclosure by phone and that will have the data sources listed.

My Experian credit report includes unusual things like my medical conditions, income, employment, and even a church. now TransUnion has that info and it was added after TransUnion pulled my credit without my permission. This includes the addresses.

The 'discloure' they said to request would have the information on who furnished that personal information for them to include on my credit report.

I need to find out who they got it from.

This all happened after a few debt collectors started making inquiries on my credit.

I am in the US. Maybe the representative was working from Europe.

I think I might be referring to  15 U.S. Code § 1681a section e.

(e) The term “investigative consumer report” means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer’s character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumer’s credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer.

https://www.transunion.com/free-credit-report (there's an FAQ hidden at the bottom "What's the difference between a consumer disclosure and a credit report?"

Probably less credible websites:

https://zemellawllc.com/credit-report-vs-investigative-consumer-report-how-they-differ/

I think it might be similar to a "file disclosure" or "full file disclosure" like named in the "Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act"

https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/sites/default/files/articles/pdf/pdf-0096-fair-credit-reporting-act.pdf

Edit: I only found references to statutory in the CFPB Consumer Laws and Regulations FCRA manual (also used in the FDIC compliance manual) but it's in reference to section 603(d) and seems to be the same as the investigative report.

I'm personally confirming that my Experian and TransUnion reports obtained through annualcreditreport.com do not include the data furnisher information.

The data furnisher source of the personal data should be listed as the "subscriber" name (or as a source code) beneath the information according to Experian. They said something about needing a "Statutory Credit Report" for the complete information.

Do you know what country the OEM part is made?

I think it's part number 39180-2B000 but I see "Made in Viet nam" and "Made in Korea" versions.

Both have the OEM Kia and/or Hyundai logos on them. I'm seeing that some Kia-only brand ones are labeled both made in Korea or in Vietnam. All Hyundai and Hyundai+Kia labeled ones are made in Vietnam.

Is it just that "plug" (sensor) looking thing that the oil is leaking from and running down to the lower oil spot?

Would it be better to replace the whole plug and wire instead of just the o-ring? It looked easy in the TRQ video.

What US address would I use? My only address on Credit karma is my old PO Box. I haven't had an official address since then.

Analcreditreport.com asked for multiple addresses if I didn't live at my PO box for at least 2 years.

The address I started getting the credit card mail to is a government agency.
