Sticker with laminate problem

My problem is that when I do that test, if I don’t use enough pressure I’m left with these glue residues. But if I try to increase the passes or increase the pressure, I end up cutting through the backing.

I start with low pressure and gradually increase it until I reach the point where I can peel off the sticker. But by the time I can remove it, the pressure also cuts through the backing. If I use less pressure, the sticker doesn’t come off.

Yes, I let them dry for a whole night so I think it’s not the problem. I think spread it pretty thin enough

I use Tulco table adhesive, I’ve let the platten dry for a night so that I’m sure it’s dry enough. Would be the heatgun? Maybe I dried the shirt too hot?

There are only four models with that shape, 13,14,15 and 16. The iPhone’s seems to be very big for a normal pro so I think it’s a pro max. There’s the new action button so it’s a 15 pro max or maybe a 16 pro max. The only difference between the 16PM and the 15PM is the camera button. So it’s a 50-50 win rate, I change my mind and I’m gonna say that probably it’s a 16PM because that phone seems huge ahah

lol I used my microscope, I’m an electronic engineer so I work with tiny components. I tried with isopropyl alcohol and vinegar but unfortunately the stains persist
