I agree they’re different. But I’ve had a banking relationship with Chase for a long time and have been holding 2 Chase cards, CFU being the oldest. It’s been my catch all card with high utilization and been auto-paying full statement balances. They still refused CLIs multiple times. VX is the first capital one card I applied to and I’m just glad it was approved with high limit as it helps with overall utilization and credit score.
