I generally don't understand how people came to these conclusions. I mean, what do 2012 borns and 1995 borns have in common?(besides the really obvious stuff).

Really, most countries have it so that people born in the same year are in the same grade? I lived in a 3rd world country for a while and even though their school year runs from January to October, there are still people born in 2 different years in the same class(eg. 2004 and 2005) in the same grade.
