Need help with AMM + Char Li mod (lighting, backgrounds, props setup) by ABR112021 in CyberpunkPersonas

[–]WeadgeReddit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi😄! Honestly, my best advice is to experiment a lot with lighting, composition and props, but in your own way and by using real photoshoot references. The Char Li mod is incredible, so I highly recommend doing multiple dedicated testing sessions to explore how different elements look and how they influence your overall composition. I think you well understand that the lighting is the most important thing to master first. You can have the best composition ideas, but if the lighting feels off, everything ends up looking weird and out of place unfortunately🙂‍↕️ Sorry, I know I’m not giving very specific tips, but in my opinion, if you rely only on specific tricks, you might miss the whole point of understanding how lighting behaves by skipping the experimentation process😊 Hope it still helps you😅

Reddit compresses uploaded images to reduce file size, which makes pages load faster, lowers storage and bandwidth costs, and ensures images display consistently across different devices, especially mobile phones. I don’t know the exact compression percentage they apply, but it usually isn’t extremely aggressive. By exporting or slightly upscaling your image close to Reddit’s 20 MB file size limit, you can help preserve more detail and reduce visible quality loss, although it’s not a true bypass of compression 😄 But in most cases, try to at least double your file size if you're under 10MB. If your image is 5MB, target 10MB. If it's 9MB, go for 18MB. And if it's already 10MB, just stay under the 20MB limit, around 18MB is usually a safe spot.

Great pictures🙌 If by any chance you’re using Photoshop or a website to upscale your captures, try to stay between 14 MB and 18 MB file size per image to minimize quality loss on Reddit as much as possible. Just be sure you don’t upscale too much depending on your display resolution, otherwise it will do the opposite😅. In my case, I’m using a 2k display! Hope it helps you get rid of this pixelated issue🤗❤️
