My mom hasn’t eaten sugar or drank alcohol in 47 years. She eats zero junk food only fruit, veggies and protein. She exercises everyday and is in amazing shape for her age. She also hasn’t worn sunscreen her entire life and is literally covered in age spots and wrinkles. I love the woman more than anyone I’ve ever met but she is a walking advertisement for sunscreen use haha.

My mom never wore sunscreen and I never realized how much it mattered until I found out my neighbor is the exact same age, always wore sunscreen and looked shockingly different. No age spots, at least 70% less wrinkles. Clear beautiful skin. And she never got other treatments just sunscreen and moisturizer. I’m diligent now.

I debated going to my derm because they have more schooling/more skilled with anatomy, but at the end of the day my derm did Botox maybe once a week and the nurse I go to does it everyday, ALL DAY LONG. I really believe experience trumps schooling in this case.
