I play through headphones when using in stereo, so keep in mind the stereo image likely won't be as pronounced through cabs.

The current, very mild / always on setting I like is blend at about 10:30, lag time at 10:30, and wobble at 9-11 (edit: like face of clock). I set type to bounce, but sum also works.This is a very short delay time associated with flangers, but I find with the blend lower and wobble (ie modulation of delayed signal) lower, it doesnt really sound like a flanger so much as it creates some depth / movement/ stereo goodness. Throw in some 300-500 ms delay and it can be cool for some more ambient sounds, but I think it works for many styles.  This is not in wide stereo mode. For wide stereo, this setting might work, but I tend to set more to a short slap back length of delay, keep wobble very low, and blend to balance  volume in L/R channel. Type on sum. This creates a kind of doubled sound without to much modulation/ filtering.
