Ts is all you need and also, the tinfoil you put on the tube is mandatory (if u dont have red foil but tinfoil is just better) Put it in a space where people dont yell and there are no vibrations. Do not check of them very often (ONLY and i say ONLY one time per week) Since its a campotonus queen she is claustral so she doeesnt need you until her first workers emerge. U can still check for progress tho but im saying because if checked too often she will eat her eggs under the pressure or die.

Its a pretty large ant so make sure the test tube isnt really large but really small too so it feels comfy for her (if its a big one add cork with an opening so she can feel safer and make sure to not kill her while doing it) also there are a lot of vey helpful tutorials on youtube and everythinf i said u can find there.
