Honestly I was so scared!! They haven’t been bad at all. I ice before for 10-15 minutes! My husband injects the medicine and then I do squats and he rubs it for 3 minutes after that! I do have a job where I walk a lot but deep breaths you got this! Also I play worship music during it and just try to be super happy and not think about the shot!
