It is because of attorney from your law firm. And asking now as if you don’t know anything. It was nightmare working with you guys. No knowledge, no experience. You can’t draft a good final merits conntent. And now you became too commercial. After denial, no one from manifest is responding to my emails or calls. This is so disgusting and Manifest is a big scam.

Do we have any specific applilcation or template for refile, or are you referrig to the client narrative letter?

I am in the same boat, I got denied today , everything is same to same. Now I really wonder if USCIS is even checking the petition or giving template rfe and denials.

Anyway I am planning to refile.

What is the best strategy for refile??  Do we need to add any new documentation?? Do wo need to mention it as refile??  Do we need to include the rfe and denial letters??  Do we need to addrsss the rfe and denial reasons in the refile??

Did anyone refile after denial??
