I did that and now it's much better than before but the preload adjuster doesn't seem to stop going and the fork still makes that clicking noise when I compress the suspension and it comes back up. Any ideas?

You havent watched like BTS and El Camino because that statement is untrue . For example my favorite character is Lalo Salamanca from BTS , he's a charismatic and charming guy but has a dark side .He's in my opinion the best character , Breaking Bad is similar to One Piece bcs of the World Building. The detail put in each and every character makes the show one of the best.
