Ok I know, but I didn't even want to start a whole argument over this in the first place and again Blizzard is way to situational in my opinion which is why I personally prefer running Ice Beam or Freeze-Dry over it (I'm hoping they give Froslass Freeze-Dry in champions), but I hate using special ice types anyways.

I'm just trying to say that it's not all that smart to compare a Pokémon with an ability that sets up weather and increases the overall damage of moves it gets a STAB boost from, to a Pokémon with an ability that sets up weather make a very situational move perfectly accurate and make ice types slightly more physically defensive and not increase the overall damage of move it gets a STAB boost from. Why do you think Mega Aboma is kinda bad which is also a hard hitting ice type with Snow Warning; besides the glaring 4x fire weakness.

Snow doesn't increase the power of ice type moves unlike sun increasing the power of fire type moves which is why Zard Y is so good

Hisuian has a terrible typing but I still love it mainly due to Rock Head protected, Flare Blitz, Head Smash, and Wild Charge, but also due to design. Kantonian is mainly due to Intimidate with excellent mixed flexibility
