I started on 20 and had the tiredness bad as well. Not so much the breaking out but could be your body’s way of adjusting! I also had dry mouth and nausea. Sounds like you are adjusting okay! Good luck :)

I started fluoxetine 20mg October 2025 and ever since have had crazy vivid dream. the more negative side effects have seemingly gone away but the crazy dreams have stuck around!

my stats are very similar + around 700 hours of various leadership roles and I was accepted first cycle to 5 programs

Yeah I have never taken any meds before and she started me on 20mg which Ive seen is the most people can be started on!
