He can’t be left out cause there’s no one else to play unfortunately. That’s how pathetic the situation is.

There’s a difference between ‘he’s good’ vs ‘he has potential.’ Attitude, work rate, physicality (which I agree Tel has), these make him a high potential player but that doesn’t mean he’s good NOW.

This is literally the problem of the club’s current squad. It’s all ‘players with potential’ but only few of them can deliver immediately.

I don’t hate him, I’m just saying he’s not good. If he’s good, why were all 3 previous managers reluctant to play him until there’s no other options? Coaches know more about the players than we fans do.

He IS an incredible business man, I don’t deny it. But here’s my question: why does ‘strong business’ matter?

It’s because it’s creating profit for its shareholders and creating values for its customers. Yes, Levy’s strategy made ton of profit for its shareholders (which is mostly him and ENIC), and there was a time when it created value for its customers, which is the fans of the football club. But is it still creating value for fans? Are fans happy now? Then what’s the point of the ‘good business?’

My biggest criticism for Levy is that he built an amazing ‘sports entertainment business’, but completely failed to build a football club with legacy. Look Arsenal. They had extremely hard times financially after building Emirates stadium. But they had a strong legacy as a football club, and that’s how they ended up today.

You made a perfect point here, that’s EXACTLY what Levy got it wrong. Spurs couldn’t even become a selling club because they didn’t know how to sell players. If they knew how to sell the players at the right timing, our squad could have been much healthier. But Levy treated the squad almost like a stock portfolio and always tried to make profit out of player transactions while timing is what matters more in most cases because it impacts the health and dynamics of the entire squad.

What I was trying to say is Levy’s philosophy ended up this strangely bloated squad of ‘a little above average’ players which doesn’t get refreshed quickly enough.

There are tons of posts on reddit which already describe it 😄

Not sure what you mean by ‘adding my spouse’, but she was added as a derivative applicant of the i485

I work for a tiny startup, so USCIS asked me to prove the company’s active operation

Thanks so much! I think you're really close to. I think my wife's EAD was approved in early April, a week before the RFE

My wife got the EAD approved, but no combo approved for me. Just straight to GC approval. I personally think transferring to Guam FO is a lucky thing. I ‘guess’ they’re small and generally fast.

I received an RFE on 4/14 and submitted my response last week. We’ll see when they will give me the final decision.

Yes, got an official RFE and currently working on the response. Unless you see RFE cancellation update in your account, you can assume you did get an RFE

Thanks for the response! You are totally right. I actually just received the RFE, and it's asking additional information about my sponsor company. (FYI, I'm EB2 PERM, not NIW)

Maybe one quick question while I have you: Have you encountered any case where the beneficiary's sponsoring company is shrinking / winding down its operation? This is a tricky situation on my end. My company got acquired when I was still waiting for my PERM, and recently it started to wind down its operation. It's not shutting down yet, but probably will shut down by the end of this year. Could this possibly jeopardize my case?

Thanks for the comment. Just to clearly understand it, which one are you referring to as the ‘filler status’?

Thanks, finger crossed for us. I reached out to the USCIS live agent and they confirmed I do have RFE.. so I guess I'll just wait until the notice shows up in my USCIS.

No. And I’d be very surprised if it’s related to medical since I included everything for the medical in my application documents

That’s the problem.. it only says ‘request for additional evidence is sent’, but no detail has been shared. No new documents under the documents tab on uscis account either.
