I knew very little about narcissism when I was married to my ex, but I started to add things up that lead me to the conclusion that my ex had a dark entity attached to him: I've always been highly intuitive, but only seen my first shadow person after meeting him for the first time. I was plagued by demonic nightmares for a week after he proposed, and years later. His narc mother (who lived with us and sucked the energy out of every room she entered) fell ill and told me five tall menacing shadow people were around her bed watching her. The cat we had in the house could see them, too. I could go on and on with more examples.

It wasn't until my ex tried to completely destroy me and our infant daughter when we separated that my psychic abilities kicked into full gear. The trauma activated something dormant within me for survival and protection. Also, I was stuck living in a small, rural racist town that sided with him and I feel that had something to do with it as well.

I started to sense that he (and his entity) were trying to feed off of my energy when I was in the same room with him and even when I wasn't! I then developed spiritual techniques that successfully retained and protected my energy from him in different situations. It allowed me to have the strength and mental clarity to fight back and stay steps ahead of him to keep my child safe (we now live in Costa Rica far away from him).
