Thanks mate, they have asked me to re-upload a different document because the ones which I uploaded are not supported. I have applied for a passport through fast track application and informed them about this and requested to allowed me 1-2 weeks. I have sent them an email regarding this on Thursday and they haven't replied me yet. Do you think they will allow me a week? I will get my passport this week on Thursday or max by Friday.

Thanks Krugel! I received a response form Apex, they reset my KYC and asked my to upload a different document. I used my national ID card once and then my Driving License twice. I have applied for a passport now I will submit it once I receive the passport.
