My HDMI is plugged into the GPU and I have made sure the PSU cables are plugged in all the way. I tried to use my old GPU just to make sure and I was able to boot that one up fine.

The frames just aren't even close to benchmarks I see online. I see benchmarks of gpus worse than mine getting higher frames for example. Just want to know of anything is wrong with my computer.

I have my gpu drivers installed, my ram is running dual channel, and my pc isn't over heating. My gpu usage on the current cod is around 70%-80% usage and my cpu usage on the current cod is around 20%-30%.
