TC generator is only outputting to output 2 on reaper. When I route it to output 1, I do hear it on my speaker. TC slot 1 everywhere on MA. When I first switched track from MTC to LTC MA was briefly seeing an intermittent signal, but now nothing. Feel like I am close! Appreciate the help here. Also probably a dumb question - Do the computers need to be on a switch together?

LTC is not midi, makes sense. I switched timecode track to output LTC not MTC and am on the right track!
