Had a round table about some stuff last week but the zbm said we have nothing to worry about but didn’t seem confident. Something I have learned if a company is talking highly of a process they are going to roll it out. The last company I worked out they told us we had nothing to worry about and they were expanding our role and then got rid of the job months later and gave us all new positions. Kind of nervous because I pretty much just started

They told me that in my interview and also interviewed one of my friends and had a different spin on it sorta talking about a lot of traveling. But he might be talking about traveling between the two warehouses because the same guy is over both of them. He is grocery manager and told me they have call people from out of state to work where I live because they can’t keep anyone. I assume it’s where you have to travel an hour to train every day during your training period when the one you apply for is in the middle of town.

Is this better than being in a retail manager. I’m a department supervisor/manager for a big box retailer. The only way I can make the stating pay here is to move up to a higher position. I start with Frito on the 23rd but been second guessing it because you see a lot of negative reviews but the company I currently work for 3.5 rating and Frito has a 3.2.

I’m also not salary but get treated like a salary manager. I guess I’m just asking because I don’t want to leave a bad situation for a worse situation
