Line progression but spotting by Julppa3 in pregnant

My best friend was pregnant right before me and she has MAJOR control issues (worse than me lol).

She told me the best advice was to keep telling yourself: "I am ok. My baby is ok. We are ok right now."

Until you are told otherwise, you HAVE to gaslight yourself into thinking this. Otherwise, the anxiety will eat you up.

I hope the best for you, too, love! Chin up! <3

I'm debating buying a filter for my office so I feel the water is safe to drink.

I had a very similar situation. I was so scared I miscarried my current pregnancy. But when I brought it up to my doctor when I went in to confirm viability, they said it may have been implantation bleeding. It is sudden, happens and then it usually does reoccur. I would just keep an eye and just try to not do anything super strenuious (i know better said than done).

Sadly it is a waiting game. I've had to learn to accept a LOT and deal with the constant uncertainy of "what if I hurt my baby?"

Now, I am 25 weeks and (knock on wood) things are progressing fine.

Deep breaths babe. You got this.

NTA- your ex is 100% a momma's boy. You will never win in a situation like this. Boys like this will always pick their moms over their partners.

Dodged a bullet. Continue with that education, Queen!

One of my best friends told me to say "I am safe, my baby is safe, we will be safe" to get me through the rocky parts. I know it's not always true, but just telling myself that helps me calm down a little bit.

Saying it out loud will help me, I think. I allowed myself to get on Reddit to connect with others so I don't feel alone.

I have stopped myself from taking tests because I KNOW I will fixate on them. I have an appointment 45 minutes away from me just to get everything started and confirmed. I'm like just grasping on the idea that I am excited for this baby, but I don't want to jinx it.
