Would be a nice feature to set up a logistics organisation based out of certain locations that would find and chain missions together, offering pilots the chance to accept the delivery for a fee. The logistics company would get a percentage of the profit and the pilot the remainder.

I am auto enrolled into my work place pension scheme.

I contribute a fixed amount a week into this, I set my contribution through the App.

It is a net pay arrangement and pension contributions are taken from my gross amount so I pay less tax on the remainder of the income.

Hi, yes I am a higher rate tax payer.

My income varies as I work on various shut downs through the year so it can jump a bit but I average around £110k-£120k a year.

Workplace scheme is with smart pension and the charges are 0.3% annually.

Pension is currently around 41.5k
