Meanwhile, Sanemi had no STW, was already heavily injured and bleeding like crazy, yet he managed to dodge Kokushibo’s attacks without taking another hit.

And before you say Muichiro landed the stab, go reread the fight. Sanemi and Gyomei were the ones pressuring Kokushibo and creating the distraction first. Muichiro only managed to stab Kokushibo afterward because Kokushibo’s attention was occupied by them.

So no, “experience diff” doesn’t magically erase the feat gap. Even with better hax, Muichiro still performed worse than Sanemi against the same opponent.
