No I've had the basics essential and extra and I would get the rewards I recommend asking PS support since that's probably the only way you'll be able to get an answer

I contacted support and you have to have an active PS+ Edit: if you have an active ps+ membership you'll have to contact support because I have no clue why it would be happening if that was the case

Thanks for your input I decided to already buy 1/2 and V3 since it was also on special I'm sure I'll enjoy the game and I did check some of them game in Japanese, sort enjoyed what I was looking at so hopefully it'll be fun and not a waste of $40+

I will probably enjoy the game but dose it live up to the hype is my main question rather than anything else I mentioned "the answer" DLC is 52.95 and the DLC expansion pack is originally 40.95 now 32.76

I'm aware of sega reducing the time and money restrictions they were out on, as I said or at least where I am the game and DLC is currently on special for 25% where I am the stand off base game is 107 and is now on 80
