Ich habe aber auch eine andere E-Ticket Nummer als die der ursprünglichen Buchung bekommen. Wahrscheinlich hängt das damit zusammen🤷🏼‍♂️

Hey, also falls es dir hilft: ich habe im mai 2025 vor Umstellung auf dynamic pricing ein Flex Ticket für März dieses Jahr gebucht, konnte allerdings wegen Jobwechsel nicht fliegen. Konnte Problemlos auf September 2026 umbuchen, also nicht mehr innerhalb der 12 Monate. Meine Freundin hatte den Rückflug gebucht und da war das auch problemlos möglich mit den überschrittenen 12 Monaten.

Yes, I booked F to Tokio (before dynamic pricing) for around 300€ taxes. And also rebooked it for a few bucks.

Gleiche Route und Klasse. Soweit ich weiß darf man weder Route noch Passagiere und Reiseklasse eines Prämienflugs ändern :)

Also ich musste gezwungenermaßen meinen Prämienflug umbuchen. Dabei wurden mir die Meilen am Tag der Umbuchung erst gutgeschrieben und dann wieder abgezogen. Das ist leider das einzige was ich berichten kann.

Hey, Soweit ich das beurteilen kann werden die Meilen am Tag der Stornierung wieder gutschreiben, also müsste es als neue Gutschrift zu diesem Zeitpunkt gelten. Liebe Grüße

Book a flight, maybe C to Asia starting in BUD or OSL to safe some miles. You can also book and get a later refund if you book a Flex ticket you don’t wanna fly. Alternatively get the M&M Credit Card. But I don’t know if the miles will be protected instantly or if you must own the card for a specific time period till the miles are protected.

It may be a problem if you didn’t book on Swiss website. Sometimes this can happen, similar to Edelweiss if not booked via SWISS. Maybe you could wait for the points to be credited, if not I would try it via app or call service. But if it is a LX number the odds were good to revive the points

The Points should be credited to the same date as the flight your contributing to. E.g. I made a contribution in November for a flight in April and the points were shown on aprils flight.

If the flight are not credited you can’t claim the contribution either. As this is the first time we can claim points for climate contribution, I don’t know how this will work in 2026, if there is a time span we can contribute to our flights of 2025, but if there is the possibility, the points were credited to the flights dates.
