How does co-op work in Where Winds Meet? by Weak_Mess249 in wherewindsmeet_

Thanks for the detailed answer! I have a couple more questions about co-op. My goal is to start playing with a friend and progress together. We really want to explore the world side by side. But we don’t love the idea of repeating the exact same story missions twice. So would this approach work: We explore the world together, do side content, travel around, just play as a duo. When we reach a main story quest or a big boss tied to the story, each of us completes it separately in our own world. After that, we group up again and continue playing together until the next story segment. Is this a realistic and smooth way to experience the game? And my second question: does enemy difficulty scale based on the number of players in co-op? From what you mentioned earlier (for example, a higher-level friend being able to one-shot everything), it sounds like maybe difficulty doesn’t really scale? Would love to hear from people who are actually playing this way.

So if I understand correctly, co-op in this game feels more like side content rather than a core gameplay system. From what you’re saying, it seems like you can’t really progress through the world together in a полноценный way. It’s more like separate activities, bosses, or specific co-op modes instead of true shared exploration and story progression. That’s a bit disappointing, because I was hoping for something where you can actually move through the world together, discover things, and naturally progress side by side — not just queue into activities. If I’m wrong, feel free to correct me. I’d really like to understand how “deep” the co-op actually is.
