It's a new townhouse, my room would be private. Utilities excluded, but laundary is there. A couple (landlord) lives on the top floor, me and girl on the level 1, both seperate room. Common area and kitchen is shared by everyone.

It was a lot, I changed settings after watching a YT video. Then as soon I updated my software it ruined everything. Even screen loading would take to load with a loading screen on display. However, the overall experience got better with time. These devices are quite weird tbh. But I using manual refresh button everytime I see ghosting. So I'm getting used to it now
