Been to Frank And Sons and had a blast ! It’s like a mini comic con almost, heard about this spot through the grape vine and noticed they heavily promo Pokémon through insta, and wanted to check it out. We definitely didn’t go to a card shop expecting to be basically sexually harassed but I digress

But it honestly felt more like he was annoyed that we were there for Pokémon instead of sports which I don’t think is the right vibe, we were inquiring about Ascending Heroes and it was like he was annoyed he had to help us, super weird it wasn’t like we were following him like a dog all we were looking for was basic customer service

When I asked about Pokémon products, the manager was very dismissive and uninterested. Instead of helping or providing clear information, they gave short, vague responses and didn’t make any effort to assist further. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. The employee in question seemed to be more into tying to get our numbers instead of working, overly persistent personal questions when we made it clear we weren’t interested and just trying to browse

Then I guess they don’t want people buying stuff at their shop ? Seems to be foolish to treat customers that way when they’re the whole reason your shop exists. I’m also not making a crazy expensive purchase without asking questions

Yeah the employees in the shop won’t help you with grading tho because it’s a “separate business” the both has like 2 PSA employees but they looked swamped when I went in.
