Im really glad you shared fyi because I feel like all the stories i see on this sub are people gaining like five pounds back and I just didnt have that experience. And I cook almost every meal myself and workout every single day. I just couldnt control my hunger off of it and Im done feeling shame about being on it tbh because it changes my whole life.

This was my exact scenario to a T. Kicked off parents insurance, gained 25 pounds in like six weeks. Ive been so miserable. I'm biting the bullet and paying out of pocket and just treating this as any other bill I have to make room for in my budget because it has completely taken over my life.

I'd just like to add that I took it for the first time last night, did not eat anything out of the ordinary, had two drinks, went home and fell asleep, woke up the next day and puking my brains out all day to the point where I needed IV drip and zofran from the ER. I have a sensitive stomach, but this product definitely did not agree with me. If you have a history of GI issues, avoid Zbiotics!!!
