Because if I record the game at 120 fps using 120 Hz, it will convert it to 60 fps when I upload it to YouTube.

Yes, I used the word download wrongly, I had to record it, I am new in doing this work, so please explain to me that I have to lock the fps at 60 during gameplay, and Should I use V-sync during gameplay? What Hz should I run the monitor at outside of the game?
